Earlier this year County were awarded their 6th National Vauxhall customer excellence award for 2023 by James Allred head of customer experience for Vauxhall, this being only awarded to a small number of retailers each year.
This was closely followed by two more awards for the Renault team, receiving first, the 2023 National award for 1st place for customer experience beating all other UK Renault/Dacia dealers to the title. The second was from Reputation UK which is a national body representing multiple brands and was for reaching the very top band of UK scores for all brands, 900+ following customer feed-back from all the various review sources.
